What We Need From You

For Supplier Search & Screening, please provide as much of the following as possible:

  • Product / product category
  • Target specifications
  • Estimated order quantity
  • Target price range, if available
  • Customization requirements
  • Packaging requirements
  • Target market / destination country
  • Required timeline
  • Preferred supplier location, if any
  • Any supplier criteria or exclusions
  • Supplier name, website or platform link, if already known
  • Product photos, quotation or proforma invoice, if available

Note: These materials help us review the scope but are not all required to open an inquiry. We review each case before accepting the task. If the product category, supplier location, timeline, risk level, expected deliverables, or requested outcome is outside our service scope, we may decline the project or recommend a more suitable professional service provider.

How It Works

For Supplier Search & Screening:

  1. 1

Buyer shares product and sourcing requirements

You share the product, specifications, order needs, target price range if available, customization requirements, destination market, and timeline.

  2. 2

    MoreYoung reviews the sourcing scope

We review the category, requested supplier profile, search scope, available information, and agreed screening criteria.

  3. 3

    Potential suppliers are identified

We identify potential China-based suppliers using agreed criteria and available public or supplier-provided information.

  4. 4

Initial screening and comparison are performed

We compare product fit, capability indicators, communication responsiveness, MOQ or lead-time information where provided, and key information gaps.

  5. 5

Shortlist is presented to the buyer

Potential suppliers and screening notes are presented for buyer review. Supplier-provided information is identified as such and is not independently verified unless expressly stated.

  6. 6

    Buyer decides whether to proceed

The buyer decides whether to proceed with deeper review, samples, supplier communication, production follow-up, or a supplier visit.

Report Scope & Deliverables

The report scope will be confirmed before work begins.

Depending on the selected service, deliverables may include:

  • Structured supplier / visit summary
  • Supplier communication notes
  • Permitted photos where available
  • Short videos where available
  • Production / packaging observations
  • Supplier statements clearly identified
  • Documents seen / provided status
  • Basic commercial risk comments
  • Limitations and unresolved information
  • Recommended follow-up / suggested next steps

Possible Supplier Search & Screening outputs may include:

  • Supplier shortlist
  • Basic company / business information
  • Product-fit notes

  • Customization capability indicators
  • MOQ / lead-time information where provided
  • Communication responsiveness
  • Supplier-provided certificates or documents noted as supplier-provided
  • Key questions / gaps for buyer follow-up

Supplier-provided information is not independently verified unless expressly stated.

Reports are based on buyer-provided information, supplier communication, publicly available information where applicable, and visible on-site observations when a visit is included.

Reports do not guarantee product quality, supplier reliability, delivery performance, refund outcomes, compensation, legal results, or commercial success.

Specific deliverables, report format, delivery timeline, photo/video scope, and any requested material information are confirmed in the quotation before work begins.

Any requested material information will be limited to supplier-provided documents. We do not verify the legal sufficiency, chemical safety, or regulatory compliance of supplier-provided material documents.

Terms, Scope & Risk Boundaries

Conflict of Interest & Confidentiality

Our sourcing support is a buyer-paid service. We do not accept supplier kickbacks for buyer-paid sourcing support.

If any supplier relationship, affiliate relationship, referral arrangement, or commission arrangement exists, it must be disclosed to the buyer before the buyer makes a decision.

If MoreYoung Aroma, an affiliated factory, or a partner supplier is recommended as an option, this relationship will be clearly disclosed in advance.

We use client-provided supplier information, quotations, order details, and product documents only for the agreed service scope and applicable privacy terms. We do not use client supplier information to seek separate commercial gain.

Service Limitations

Our service is designed to provide practical sourcing support, supplier communication, on-site observation, and photo/video documentation for overseas buyers. It is not a substitute for official certification, laboratory testing, financial due diligence, formal AQL inspection, customs compliance review, chemical compliance review, destination-country regulatory review, or legal advice.

We do not accept projects involving illegal goods, counterfeit goods, dangerous goods, medical products, food or beverage products, food-contact products, children’s products, toys, juvenile products, high-risk electronics, powered devices requiring certification, batteries, chemical raw materials, hazardous liquids, or products requiring specialized laboratory testing or official safety/compliance certification.

If a product may require specialized safety, chemical, customs, child-product, electrical, or destination-country compliance review, the buyer should work with qualified compliance professionals before proceeding.

Home Fragrance Compliance Boundary

For home fragrance products such as scented candles, reed diffusers, fragrance oils, sprays, wax melts, or similar items, our role is limited to collecting supplier-provided documents and checking visible packaging information.

We do not provide chemical safety testing, SDS/MSDS verification, CLP/REACH/IFRA compliance advice, dangerous goods classification, logistics safety advice, transport classification advice, or destination-country regulatory review.

We may help collect supplier-provided SDS/MSDS, labels, packaging photos, and product documents, but we do not verify their legal sufficiency or regulatory compliance.

Case Acceptance

Before accepting a task, we review the product category, supplier location, required timeline, expected deliverables, available documents, access conditions, and risk level.

We only accept projects where the service scope is clear and where our role can be limited to sourcing support, supplier visit, documentation, supplier communication, production follow-up, packaging readiness observation, and basic commercial risk comments.

We may decline projects that require formal certification, technical testing, chemical compliance verification, child-product compliance review, customs compliance review, legal enforcement, debt collection, litigation representation, guaranteed compensation, guaranteed refund, guaranteed delivery, or guaranteed commercial outcomes.

Payment, Cancellation & Travel Terms

Service fees, deliverables, travel scope, payment timing, and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.

For supplier visits, travel expenses are quoted separately based on supplier location. Depending on the visit location and schedule, travel-related costs may include transportation, accommodation, local transfer cost, meals during travel, and travel time allowance where applicable.

Travel time allowance is not a hidden fee. It is included only when agreed in the written quotation before travel starts.

For long-distance, urgent, weekend, holiday, overnight, remote-location, repeated, or multi-site visits, additional service fees may apply.

Supplier visit fees and estimated travel expenses may need to be paid before travel starts.

If the final travel cost is materially different from the estimate, the adjustment method should be confirmed in the quotation before work begins.

If the supplier refuses entry, provides an incorrect address, cancels the appointment, refuses photography, refuses video recording, limits access to certain areas, or changes the schedule after travel has started, the service fee and incurred travel costs may not be refundable.

If the buyer cancels after the visit has been arranged or travel has been booked, cancellation fees may apply. The cancellation amount depends on the service preparation already completed, supplier appointment status, booked travel cost, and time reserved for the task.

Unless clearly included in a written quotation, listed prices do not include VAT, taxes, bank charges, payment processing fees, exchange fees, legal fees, laboratory testing fees, certification fees, translation fees, notarization fees, arbitration fees, court fees, customs fees, freight fees, insurance fees, or third-party professional fees.

We do not pay suppliers on behalf of buyers.

Our service does not replace official certification, laboratory testing, formal AQL inspection, chemical safety testing, SDS/MSDS verification, CLP/REACH/IFRA compliance review, dangerous goods classification, customs compliance review, destination-country regulatory review, financial due diligence, or legal advice.

We do not act as importer of record, exporter of record, legal buyer, escrow provider, lender, insurer, freight forwarder, customs broker, tax advisor, legal representative, debt collection provider, litigation service provider, or official certification body.
